Terms & Conditions

Terms governing your use of this website and its booking system, for Propricare Medical Centre and Propricare Women's Clinic. Last updated: July 2026.

Before you publish this page: this is a good-faith draft grounded in Zimbabwe's Data Protection Act (Act No. 5 of 2021), the Health Professions Act [Chapter 27:19], and the Medical Services Act [Chapter 15:13] โ€” it is not legal advice and Propricare Healthcare is not a law firm. Have a Zimbabwean lawyer review this before it governs real patient data, particularly since "reason for visit" and similar booking details can count as sensitive personal information under the Data Protection Act, which has specific written-consent requirements and serious penalties for non-compliance.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, including the booking and contact forms, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please contact either practice directly by phone or WhatsApp instead of using the website.

2. About us

Propricare Healthcare is the shared name for Propricare Medical Centre and Propricare Women's Clinic, two separately operated practices in Harare, Zimbabwe. Our facilities and practitioners operate within the framework of applicable Zimbabwean health legislation, including the Medical Services Act [Chapter 15:13] and the Health Professions Act [Chapter 27:19].

3. Not for medical emergencies. This website and its WhatsApp/booking features are not monitored continuously and must not be used for medical emergencies. If you or someone else needs urgent medical attention, call emergency services or go to your nearest hospital or emergency room immediately.

4. Booking requests are not confirmed appointments

Submitting the booking form sends a request, not a guaranteed appointment slot. An appointment is only confirmed once the relevant practice's reception has responded to confirm your date and time, whether by WhatsApp, phone, or email.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact the relevant practice directly, as early as possible, using the WhatsApp number or phone number listed on our Contact page.

6. Fees and payment

Consultation and service fees are confirmed by reception at the time of booking or on arrival, and are not published on this website since they may vary by service and medical aid provider. We work with major Zimbabwean medical aid providers โ€” confirm your specific plan's coverage with reception before your visit.

7. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to:

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Propricare Healthcare and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. No warranty; limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." While we aim to keep it accurate and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is error-free at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Propricare Healthcare is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. This clause does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for clinical care provided in person, which is governed separately by applicable professional and healthcare standards.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact us

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@propricare.co.zw, or directly to the relevant practice using the details on our Contact page.
